Welcome to The Basics for Econ 101!
This website contains brief written tutorials for the main building blocks of microeconomics. These pages give students step-by-step instruction for how to create, manipulate and interpret graphs and work with and interpret basic algebraic equations. These tutorials don't replace a standard textbook: they contain relatively few real-world examples or advanced microeconomics concepts. However, they do provide extra support for students taking introductory microeconomics courses. Most of the tutorial pages link to a file with practice problems (and answers).
All materials on the site are provided under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license.
